講演とは、聴衆の心を惹きつけ、知的好奇心を刺激するエンターテイメントです。
しかし、従来の講演会の多くは、講師が一方的に話すスタイルで、聴衆はただ聞いているだけというケースが少なくありません。質疑応答の時間も、限られた人しか質問できず、多くの聴衆は「もっと話を聞きたい」「自分も意見を言いたい」という欲求不満を抱えたまま終わってしまいます。
私自身の講演は、そんな従来の講演会とは一線を画します。聴衆の心を惹きつけ、主体的な学びを促し、そして何よりも、聴衆の心に深く響くことを追求しています。

Is the traditional lecture outdated!?
What is a new era of lectures that engages the audience and stirs their hearts?
A lecture is entertainment that captivates the audience and stimulates their intellectual curiosity.
However, many traditional lectures involve a style where the lecturer speaks unilaterally, and the audience simply listens. There is often little time for Q&A, and only a limited number of people can ask questions, leaving many in the audience with a sense of frustration, wanting to hear more and express their own opinions.
My own lectures are a departure from such traditional lectures. I strive to captivate the audience, promote active learning, and, above all, deeply resonate with their hearts.
With a participatory lecture style that engages the audience, I will stimulate your intellectual curiosity and provide an experience that stirs your heart.

笑い話ですが、現職時代は「両津勘吉」というあだ名で、皆様から「両さん」と親しまれていました。先日、この画像を目にした際、あまりにも自分とそっくりで思わず笑ってしまいました。
原作の両津勘吉は、破天荒で短気な江戸っ子、下町育ち。どこか懐かしく、人情味あふれる人柄で、皆から「両さん」と慕われる警察官！
私も自称「清みなとの伊達男」口は悪いが義理と人情、恩返しをモットーに、元警察官の講演講師として「心に響く講演」を目指し、日々研鑽を重ねております。

I am Akito Watanabe.
It’s a funny story, but during my time in the police force, I was nicknamed “Kankichi Ryotsu,” and everyone called me “Ryosan.” The other day, when I saw this image, I couldn’t help but laugh because it looked so much like me.
The original Kankichi Ryotsu is an unconventional and short-tempered Edoite, raised in the downtown area. He is a police officer who is loved by everyone for his somewhat nostalgic and compassionate personality, and is affectionately known as “Ryosan.”
I also call myself “The Date Man of Kiyomito.” Although I have a sharp tongue, I value loyalty, compassion, and repaying kindness. As a former police officer and lecturer, I strive to give “heartfelt lectures” and continue to improve my skills every day.
